We understand that there may be times when you or a colleague experience a situation that is concerning or causing harm, and you may not feel comfortable addressing it through existing channels. If you are hesitant to bring your concern to your manager or HR Partner, or if the available processes—such as the Repairing Harm process or the Open Door, Internal Problem-Solving, or reporting harassment or discrimination policies and procedures found in the employee handbook—have not resolved your concern, this channel provides an additional way to bring it to our attention in a confidential and/or anonymous manner. At Playworks, your well-being is our priority. We are dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive workplace. If you have a concern, please use this channel—we are here to listen, provide support, and take appropriate action.
How It Works
- The head of the People Team will receive and respond to reports promptly, handling each case with care and confidentiality.
- While some situations may require discussing the matter with others to ensure a thorough and fair review, we will take every possible measure to protect your privacy throughout the process.
- Anonymous reports are accepted, but they may limit our ability to take appropriate action or provide full resolution.
- To ensure we can follow up effectively, we strongly encourage you to include your name and contact information when submitting a report.
This channel is not a substitute for reporting workplace accidents or incidents. If you experience or witness a workplace injury, safety concern, or other reportable incident, please follow the appropriate reporting procedures linked above and contact your HR Partner.
